The Next Generation of mid->low bass support.

A new type of subwoofer for home audio or home theater that plays by a different set of rules in terms of frequency depth, size, and cost.

Most people should get the Barnacle subwoofer first to make a 2.1 or 2.2 system and then add the Infrasub later to expand that into a 2.1.1, 2.2.1, or 2.2.2 system.

Barnacle is now available in Active or Passive versions.

The Active version (photos coming soon) is the same size as the Abby Mk II fullrange speakers to facilitate stacking in a variety of different formations.

We recommend the Passive version to any of our legacy clients who have legacy subwoofer amplifiers. However, we do recommend also upgrading to a new 300 watt Outboard subwoofer amplifier to get the most out of your Barnacle subwoofer.
